**Per By-Laws: The membership of SEAA shall consist of administrators, program specialists, coordinators, consultants, private agency special education personnel, and others with special education administrative responsibilities working in the field of special education that have a legitimate interest in advancing the educational cause of students with disabilities. Members may consist of public & private agencies.
